Meet Prophetess, Author, and Total Wellness Motivator Shaquana Armstrong-Dunham. She is the Author of The Way I Died and How I’m Living Again, which highlights her journey of losing 200 pounds and having reversed her diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes.

A list of other publications are her workbooks such as ‘Ways to Beat the Holidays’ and ‘5 Steps to Making a Change’. She is a Co-Author of 'The Mourning After-Zeal of Xander and 'What'd You Say?'. In addition to her love of writing, she has a blog on word press-HereIsWhereSheWas.

Shaquana has inspired many people to start and stay on a healthy living- weight loss journey. She promotes healthy living as well as advocates for Food Addiction Awareness. In 2019 she took her influence in inspiring women to another level as Founder of Benevolent Beauty where she hosts ‘The Break Room Experience’ annually for women of all demographics allowing them a safe space of healing, networking, and encouragement.

Along with encouragement for women, she has since started a monthly live show ‘Mature Conversations’ that uplifts, educates, and empowers both men and women through thought-provoking conversations and testimonials. She continues to share her personal life experiences through her organization, shows, and publications as a way to inspire others and bridge the gap from hopelessness to empowered into purpose.
