Sharena Powell-Conte

I am Sharena Powell-Conte, mother of two handsome young men, founder and CEO of the Po-Co biz group, and overall "wanna" do-gooder and I know what it’s like to come from the bottom and reach to the top. I started my first business in 2003 so that I could stay home and raise my first son. Finding a balance between family, business and pleasure proved to be complicated. I soon realized the difficulties of starting, growing and maintaining a small business. Since then I have started and run several successful businesses and supported countless others in a wide variety of industries. Developing my vision to empower small business owners and helping them to create their own success stories, I started the Po-Co biz group & sharena.biz. I have thoroughly enjoyed witnessing the amazing transformations taking place, one business at a time.
