Sharence Moore

As a Human Development & Family Studies major I am attracted to innovative leadership, mentoring and education reform. My heart is devoted to life skills and education for our youth in urban areas. I believe that providing youth with educational and social services creates productive habits of the mind that increase self-esteem, character, confidence, and academic success.As a future educator I seek to foster mentorship and understand our youths needs in the educational system. I am also seeking to develop the skills necessary for leading high-achieving urban classrooms across different networks through mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on experience.I look forward to gaining experience in education, mentoring, and expertise in creative executions, etiquette, and protocol.
