•Educating and coaching individuals on career path options, the job search process, and outreach opportunities to grow and manage their career over a lifetime

•Developing practical and solution based career action plans with students to ensure they have next steps to build their strengths and accomplish their goals

•Assisting in the identification and application of transferable skills, specifically with military veterans

•Executing and implementing virtual based professional development workshops as well as classroom based employer events
