Over the past 14 years, I have learned so much as a HR professional. I believe in modern HR, where HR is a true business partner, keeping employees, employer and customers happy and in sync. HR should not function as a silo outside of the company, or as a pain to employees, it needs to be a key valuable facet and game changer in strategic decisions and everyday work life.
