Shari Welch, MD

Dr. Welch has been a healthcare quality improvement consultant for 13 years. Dr. Welch’s expertise includes visioning events and education, on call solutions, patient satisfaction initiatives, comprehensive operations assessments, patient safety/risk management assessments and change management. She speaks at national meetings for the American College of Healthcare Executives, has written numerous books and articles about healthcare quality and has been awarded two grants to study aspects of healthcare reform.
