Often there is a big difference between the way we see ourselves and the way others see us. I believe that my work experience as a Quality Assurance Manager, a Center Manager and as a PA to a very demanding boss has honed my personal (and personnel) skills, made me well organized, diplomatic and professional. My former boss, who has hired me three times in the past twelve years, recently wrote a recommendation which read, “Her organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate with customers, business partners and all levels of staff made her an invaluable employee. She is intelligent, reliable, honest, hard-working and, in addition to having a solid work ethic, has an amiable and open personality”. It feels great when your boss (or any colleague) recognizes your efforts. In all modesty, the qualities he mentions are a real and accurate reflection of my abilities and I am proud to say that I have the skills, experience and attitude to deliver prompt, effective and courteous customer service.
