I’m Abhay Sharma, founder of Dronshala, an EdTech venture where I discovered my passion for sales and business development.

The journey started in the most unconventional ways — noting down numbers from shop banners and making cold calls, or exploring social media comments in search of potential customers. Those grassroots efforts taught me persistence, creativity, and how to connect with people beyond traditional channels.

From those beginnings, I scaled Dronshala to 100+ customers and ₹12L+ in annual revenue, building partnerships with schools and educators while managing the entire sales cycle end to end.

Now, I’m excited to bring that same founder’s mindset — combining resilience, resourcefulness, and a results-driven approach — into a Business Development / Sales leadership role, where I can help a company grow its pipeline, build strong relationships, and drive revenue.

For me, business development isn’t just about closing deals — it’s about turning everyday opportunities into lasting growth stories.
