Sharon Batts founded KIASHA Entertainment in 2006, and in early 2015 the company was renamed bWorks Entertainment.

Sharon brings an extraordinary dimension to the event business. Starting in 2006 as events manager for Blessings In Paradise and going on to major hospitality chains as producer and co-sponsor for Marriott Rewards Year of Surprises candidates and the NBA Slam Dunk Sprite Contest at Universal Studios.

Sharon attended the University of Tennessee as a Business Administration major. She is a voting member of the Grammy Awards Los Angeles and is a member of Phi Beta Lambda.
