People who know me will say I am totally sane, occasionally insane, totally honest, totally loyal and consistent, conscientious, refreshingly straightforward yet complex
I am confident yet sometimes self doubting, modest, meek and reserved depending upon the situation. I have a true view of myself and my actions and constantly seek to be a better person.
I am a mother, a lover, a partner and a loyal friend.
I live in a big house by the sea, everyone is welcome and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else, I love my home town and all that it represents for me and the family. I enjoy long walks on the leas, bike rides, traditional craft, family life and helping out in the local community and volunteering to help vulnerable people. I love life!
I believe in family, friends, beauty, and above all believe in Karma, what you give out comes back to you. I am aware of my shortcomings and my strengths and try to work on both simultaneously.
I have educated myself having come from a family that didn't encourage females to learn, I have a teaching qualification, study Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Meta Medicine and have gained my CIPD qualification recently. I am a perpetual student and love to learn new things. I am an ace cook and happy to bribe anyone with food! My latest project is to learn how to keep bees and to cure my own deer skins.
I am a skilled trainer of personal development programmes and management and sales training and still like to keep my hand in by training for friends who have businesses but my true love currently is in Human resources and making a difference to the bottom line by helping organisations retain good people.
As an HR professional I believe I have brought the 'human' back into Human resources without compromising the needs of the organisation and also led many changes in my current role which protect both the employee and the employer. People who work with me would say I am approachable, pragmatic, creative in my thinking, professional and pleasant at all times even when I say 'how it is'. My coaching skills were gained with the country's leading business psychologists and help me to empower people to take responsibility for themselves.
I currently work for the Aspinall Foundation and have been promoted twice in the last two years.
