I'm Sharon Crossland, an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and the founder of the website Leasehold Life which was 'Highly Commended' in the Website of the Year category at The Block Insure News on the Block Property Management Awards 2011/12.

Last year I was a guest speaker at ARMA (Association of Residential Leasehold Managers) with the content of my presentation being turned into an article by Flat Living Magazine entitled 'Lost In Translation'?

More recently I was also asked for my opinion by Flat Living Magazine on the OFT market study into leasehold and which can be read here.

Acting as the on-site residential block manager on behalf of the Directors of the Resident Management Company which owns the freehold, I not only deal with leasehold issues but I also manage complex situations arising from the majority of the flats being sublet by private sector landlords.
