Sharon Stakofsky Davis

Like many people, I was drawn to the horoscope columns in the daily newspapers or online. It wasn’t until my late 40’s that I had an opportunity to begin serious study in astrology. I had my birth chart drawn up and interpreted at the ripe old age of 42. It was only then that I finally understood the power that a professional astrologer can pass onto their client. Using free will to make decisions when the timing is right can make all the difference in life. I learned how astrology can empower people rather than make them a victim. And I wanted more!

I studied astrology until I was exhausted. I also knew that if I wanted to learn more I needed a teacher. Out of the blue, I was invited to and attended my first conference led by an astrological master teacher, Noel Tyl. What an eye opener that seminar was! When Noel talked, he made astrology come alive. I learned so much at that conference. Bu the most important thing I walked away with was planets do not dictate actions in your life, you do!

Suddenly, everything made sense! I wasn’t learning piecemeal anymore. I was learning how to approach astrology in a humanistic way, a compassionate way, and an accurate way. Immediately after that seminar, I enrolled in Noel’s master’s certification course and graduated with highest honors — not an easy thing to do. The course is rigorous, detail-oriented and very intense.

When I started my astrological counseling, I knew three things. I was going to treat my clients with honesty, respect and compassion. I would empower my clients to make the best decisions they could in their lives using astrology as a guide. Finally, I would treat my clients ethically and with honor, and help them to understand they are not victims of fate. People need to be empowered in their lives and I am proud to say I help them be masters of their own fates.
