I have worked in the technology industry in Learning & Development for over 25 years. Watching how computing and networking evolves, I find it interesting how this impacts our lives (both work and personal) and how we communicate. Technology changes so fast but ultimately the challenges for organisations remains, as always, to support their people to do their best work by ensuring they feel valued and included.

I enjoy working with others, I believe I have much to add to any team to which I belong. My leadership style is one of 'Leading by Example'. I am relaxed and comfortable in my communications. Sharing knowledge makes me happy.
