On October 24th 2008 the board of LA City Channel 35 approved the Tv show LA Business Today. Bringing 30 years of Tv, media, pr, and business savvy to the creation of LA's only TV talk show about business we began an adventure. My husband Bob Jimenez 5 time Emmy winning TV journalist worked with me to conceive of a TV show about business during the worst economic downturn since The Great Depression. We were very excited to get the thumbs up after many presentations before the board to convince the LA City Channel our city needed a TV show that would put a human face on business. We are now an international award winning TV talk show sponsored by LA City Councilman Bill Rosendahl with producers Hipolito Munoz, Jessica Just, and stylist Sequoia Sierra. In June of 2013 our Councilman Rosendahl honored the work of LA Business Today in City Council Chambers where we received recognition for the completion of 100 interviews on our talks shows. Our guests included leaders from every major industry in the one of the most dynamic economies in the world. Forbes Magazine predicted in 2020 Los Angeles would join NYC an Tokoyo as one of the three top economies in the world with a trillion dollar economy.
