In our move to Arizona we did some downsizing (or as some say, RIGHTSIZING) & found the perfect home for us & our four dogs. As in all of our home purchases, we took on home remodeling projects to make it “ours”. We actually enjoy doing most of the work ourselves but hired professional contractors to do the “specialized” work like electrical and plumbing. In our current home, we did: floors, ceilings, laundry room, kitchen, bedrooms and baths.

I can see a property that has characteristics of a prime property that has not yet been realized, like a diamond in the rough. I have an eye for design & I can visually see how to transform spaces. I see potential where others can’t.
