I am 65 years old, married for 33 years to Vern, mother to six children, grandmother to 15 girls and boys, great-grandmother to several more. I have studied nutrition and health issues for over 50 years, Criminal Justice was my major in college. I loved to make and decorate cakes for family and others, and am an accomplished beadworker! I had a massive stroke 5 years ago, spent 2 1/2 months between 4 different hospitals which has totally changed my life!
