I'm a business owner, a proud mum of 4 gorgeous young adults, and a lover of small, cute, fluffy things (with Coco and Chanel being the huggable hounds at home, and of course my very cute husband).

Professionally, I'm a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) with the National Speakers Association, an international accreditation that basically means I've spoken in front of a lot of audiences, over a long period of time, and have a lot of happy clients.

I’m also a licensed What makes People TICK and Everything DiSC Facilitator and Coach, providing Behavioral Profiling for teams and individuals to better understand themselves and others.
