Sharon Branch

Born and raised in Miami, FL, I currently reside in St. Augustine, FL with my husband of almost 20 years and two beautiful daughters. I started my Telecom career in 1991 as a temp, then fbecame a full time employee at MCI where I remained for eight years. I held positions in everything from Customer Service, to Project Management to Wholesale Carrier Sales. This company helped shape me into the sales person and confident individual I am today . It taugh me the true value of always putting my customers first and being there for them in good times and, especially, when there are bumps in the road. During this time I was rewarded with two Circle of Excellence and one President's Club award for exceeding sales and service expectations.
