It took me a long time to become a published writer. Started off with short stories and articles for the broadsheets but no degree meant that I wasn't taken seriously FOR AGES! I'm now researching a book into the Essex phenomenon and how it has developed as a concept, that has polarised public opinion.Focusing on taste and culture - think Owen Jones meets Grayson Perry ... why isn't it ok for the working classes to have money and spend it how they like? I'm going to show why it is ok ... elitism is stultifying!

I'm not writing a TOWIE book, I'm writing a case study, a cultural study, a sociological study. I'd love your help guys :D
