I am from California. I grew up mainly in the same house. Then I moved out and I never stopped moving until now, or so I think. I believe one of the best ways to acquire wealth is real estate. I have bought five properties and all have brought me rental income. When I finally moved into my fourth house I thought I would be there a long time. And I was, but then I married and we stayed there until we had had enough of commuting. The wonderful thing is that my husband believes the same thing about real estate. So when we went looking for a house we found one we could rent the basement out. So here we are in the basement, while our renters live upstairs. It may not be ideal but we get $300-$500 more a month doing that. I wouldn't change it.

In the process we decided it would be good for me to help others also acquire their own homes. I am now a real estate agent helping those with their real estate needs, wants, and goals. I wouldn't have it any other way. I get to not only help others but get to see all the different houses. Looking for the right house can be enjoyable if working with the right agent. My goal is to provide an educational experience. I want my clients to know what it takes to buy a house.
