Yup, that's me in the middle! Working to bring that feminine leadership touch to a creative leadership team of men! I am passionate, self motivated leader, dedicated to the well being of my team members, their career growth and the overall performance of the team. My commitment to excellence is demonstrated through my actions, supported by my words. When I can get away from work, I am passionate about volunteering at a Therapeutic Riding Program for disabled children, gaining competency at dressage, and zipping around on one of may motorcycles.
