Shashin Pandya is a Manager-Process Improvement and Analytics at TD, where he leads a team of analysts on a wide range of projects including Process Improvement initiatives, Reporting & Robotic Process automation and business case creation.

A people leader and academic by nature, Shashin has a Bachelors, an MBA and is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Shashin has experience in both Telecommunication and Financial industries where he has been recognized for his achievements by industry leaders and executives alike. Over the last few years, Shashin has worked on projects that have saved organizations a combined total of over $100M in optimization and efficiencies, among other distinctions in the field. Shashin helps create a perfect union of Process Improvement framework and Analytics/Automation to deliver creative and innovative solutions.
