My first school was Government Primary school, Civil Quarters, Peshawar. I did my Matric from Government High School No.2, Peshawar Cantt. My first college was Edwards College, Peshawar. I did LL.B degree from the Khyber Law College of the University of Peshawar. I started my carrier in 1981 as a Junior Advocate. In the very beginning, I was offered Assistantship by an eminent teacher of mine, Qazi Mohammad Jamil Advocate (former Attorney General of Pakistan and Judge, Peshawar High Court). I worked with Qazi Mohammad Jamil Advocate for about a year. After that came to the International Islamic University in 1983, where I studied Islamic Laws and was awarded LL.M degree in 1987. The same year I was appointed as Lecturer in Law. In the year 2000 went to the United Kingdom on a scholarship and returned with a University of London LL.M in Commercial & Corporate Law. I taught law courses mostly in Commercial & Corporate Law in the International Islamic University, Islamabad till 2007. I was transferred to the Shari`ah Academy, of the International Islamic University. There I teach District & Session Judges, Attorneys, Public Prosecutors, Law Officers of the JAG Departments and Advocates. During my stay at the Shari`ah Academy visited Sudan, Egypt and Saudi Arabiah 3 time and studied their legal system as well as the judicial hierarchy. I have published numerous articles and two books.
