For over 25 years estate agency has been my passion; Richard Cooper and I started our business in 2004 and I have run the business solo since early 2013. Our aim was to establish a truly independent, family run agency that offered our clients something different. I have always been passionate about providing exceptional customer service and I believe in always striving to continually improve. The Japanese have a word for this “Kaizen” – a philosophy of change for the better. This is what we practice at Cooper Adams.

We always accompany every viewing and provide comprehensive next day feedback to our customers. We are extremely proud of our negotiating skills and on average last year got 99% of asking prices. For me and my team doing the norm is not good enough - unless we end up with a 100% happy client we will not rest.
