So what is digital marketing?
It’s a good question. The real answer is that its not about digital marketing, it never was, instead its about marketing in a digital age.
Digital has changed the way that consumers decisions are being made, from the zero moment of truth to the ultimate moment of truth... The online consumer journey is not as long or as complex as we might think. It is repetitive. In order to differentiate ourselves from the competition, we must stop just selling to organisations or people, we need to offer an experience. We need to build loyalty, advocacy, build a community, build trust and involve the customer.
What we need to ask ourselves is do we want to compete on products/price and sell, sell, sell OR do we want to sell an experience? What do people want from this experience AND how can we use digital media to harness it?

I love working with organisations sharing good news stories and enhancing brand reputation through social, content, and networking, using consistent brand narrative and messaging approach across different channels and markets.
I enjoy forging relationships with new customers both internally and externally, creating/capturing briefs, managing projects and working collaboratively to provide integrated and multi-platform online campaigns.
