Hi, I'm Shauna. I grew up in Pittsburgh during the 1980s, when the Steel City started to revitalize and move from industrial jobs to tech jobs. Mario Lemieux was a new star on the ice, the Steelers received new jewelry for the fourth time, and doctors at University-Presbyterian Hospital performed the world's first heart, liver, and kidney transplant. It was an exciting time to come of age.

Even as a child, I had an interest in design and copy work. On Sundays, my dad would bring home the Penny Saver for me to proofread and mark up. (Despite this, I swear I'm fun at parties.) My mom got into new home technology right away, building computers from scratch and teaching herself web design. Not long after that, she started her own design business—tutoring me in the process.

After meeting and marrying my favorite person, we took a chance and relocated to Central Florida where I worked as a Graphic Designer and marketing specialist. Eight years later, we relocated again to the Berkshires of Massachusetts, where we live a happy and quiet life with our young son.

As an in-house designer, my work has been described as crisp, corporate, and clean. However, much of my personal artwork is heavily inspired by Lichtenstein and the pop art movement. It has been described as modern, quirky, and fun.
