Shauna-Kaye Davis

Shauna-Kaye Davis is a first-generation American with Jamaican roots. She is originally from Cary, NC, and developed a passion for nonprofit youth development after growing up in her local YMCA. An international travel enthusiast, Shauna-Kaye enjoys experiencing other cultures-especially the food!
Shauna-Kaye has 20 years of youth development and program design experience in nonprofit industries across Georgia and North Carolina. Her background examples service as a facilitator for executing new processes and developing creative non-profit programs.
Furthermore, she is recognized as an innovative and vision-oriented community affairs leader adept at identifying problem areas and creating new and engaging solutions. She previously served as a leader and coach to over 20 Boys & Girls Club Directors across Metro Atlanta serving over 3,500 youth and families. Under her leadership, she guided the development and growth of multiple Boys & Girls Club sites. She also supervised, modified and managed program implementation across the Boys & Girls Clubs organization for almost a decade.
Her philosophy is to help youth and community-serving organizations develop and execute strategies that achieve organizational success, through the development of their people and community relations. She enjoys creative big-picture thinking and utilizing her strategic planning expertise to resolve business challenges and consistently deliver high-quality work.
Shauna-Kaye holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration of Law from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is a former Chairperson for the Guilford County NAACP and is an active member of the United Way of Greater Atlanta's Young Professional Leaders program and Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
