My name is Shaun Guerrero, I was motivated to become a Mortgage Loan Officer because of my 1st experience with buying a home. I was 20 years old and newly married. The process was nerve racking and confusing to say the least. Part of the time I had no clue where we were even at in the process.

At the time I worked for a bank. I worked my way up through the residential mortgage lending division. When I got there, my vision on what the ideal home loan process became clear. It should be a well managed process that is proactive, simple and easy to understand. In addition; it should have a few personal touches along the way. I have a 10 year career in residential mortgage lending and now partner with Fairway Independent Mortgage as the Sales Manager of the Silverdale Office.

My wife Rebecca and I have three Children, Malachi and Sophia and Olivia. I serve on the Board for Two Non-Profit Organization's. Harrison Medical Foundation and Blanket Coverage, The Richard Sherman Family Foundation.

My business is based 100% on referrals. I am responsible for listening to you, our client. We want to know what is important to you in a mortgage. What goals you are looking to accomplish. Then all aspects of maintaining constant communication with the referral sources that we serve: Real Estate Agents, Financial Planners, Accountants, Estate Planners, Attorneys, Insurance Agents, Property Managers and Builders,Business Managers, and Talent Agents to name just a few.
