Thanks for visiting my profile! I greatly appreciated your interest. Let me introduce myself...
I am founder/chief executive strategist of Evolutions Consulting, a strategic business management and marketing boutique helping companies and organizations not only withstand the shifting paradigms in today's business landscape, but survive them...and thrive.
I am a retired corporate executive and former US EEOC mediator who has been nationally recognized for leadership during the course of my +20/yr, multi-industry career and for achievement in the fields of diversity and inclusion, human capital management, business management, marketing and promotions, branding and reputation management, and strategic planning and execution.
An adjunct professor and visiting lecturer, I teach graduate, doctoral, professional, and entrepreneurial courses at New York University, Cornell University, Rutgers University, and Manhattanville College. My expertise has been solicited by academia, Fortune 500 companies, law firms, religious institutions, not-for-profit organizations, and government agencies such as Procter & Gamble, ESPN, GlaxoSmithKline, Girl Scouts of America, Chubb Insurance, NY Urban League, the USDA, and the NYC Departments of Employment and Education.
My insights have been profiled across media platforms, including Heart & Soul Magazine, AM NewYork, Black Enterprise Magazine, Diversity Executive Magazine, Diversity Woman Magazine, FOLIO: Magazine, Maynard Institute’s Journalisms, The New York Observer, The Network Journal Magazine, NV Magazine, Time Out New York Magazine, Advertising Age, and Target Market News.
I am often called/referred to as a "professional drill instructor" by partners, clients, and students because of my "tough love" approach to helping them respectively adapt, grow and evolve into their fully realized selves.
I hold undergraduate and graduate degrees, post-graduate certifications, and professional designations in a variety of business strategy, marketing, social media, communications, cultural diversity, and human capital management disciplines from St. John's University, New York University, Cornell University, Tulane University, Villanova University, Rutgers University and Northeastern University. I am also a proud member of the Sigma Epsilon Rho Honor Society.
Finally, I am author of Passion...Who Needs It?
