Shaunita Grase

Shaunita Grase is the Principal of Envision Success Training and Consulting Services. Ms. Grase has developed, implemented and evaluated projects on the state and local levels to include implementing evidence-based practices, developing release and reentry program guidelines and implementing leadership development programs.

Ms. Grase has over 20 years of experience in human services, secondary and post secondary education and criminal justice, with an emphasis on community corrections and law enforcement. Ms. Grase has also successfully managed federal and locally funded grant aimed to implement policy mandates.

Ms. Grase previously served as the Project Director for the South Carolina SMART Supervision Program and South Carolina Justice Reinvestment Initiative in response to local correctional policy reforms in South Carolina.

In June 2020, Ms. Grase established Envision Success Training and Consulting Services to assist agencies with building capacity within their organizations through professional development training, strategic planning and project development, implementation and evaluation support for grant proposals and projects.

Ms. Grase holds a Bachelor's degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina and a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from the University of Cincinnati. She is also credentialed as a Certified Public Manager (CPM) having completed the 18 month leadership program in 2017.

Ms. Grase has presented at a number of local and national criminal justice and education conferences and she has published articles on various topics in criminal justice.
