Passionate about equipping 100K incredible women of color to find their voice and transform the way they show up in the world.

As Host of the IWoC Community and creator of the By This Time Next Year Challenge, I bring together ambitious women of color who are ready to find their voice by reclaiming their identity, confidence, leadership, and value. Together, we break limiting cycles, step boldly into influence, and create lasting impact in our careers, businesses, communities, and homes.

Raised by an 18-year-old single mother and the youngest of twins, I enlisted in the Marine Corps while attending one of the Carolinas’ highest dropout-rate schools.

From over 20 years in leadership, sales, and business ownership, I recently transitioned from mentoring a B2B sales team of primarily women of color to partnering with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team.

My experiences have shaped my resilience, discipline, and commitment to growth. I’ve discovered that empowering women of color is built on three key principles:

1 Believing in their potential
2 Fostering a culture of connection
3 Equipping them with the strategies and resources to unlock their full potential

Other things I care about:
A regular hiker at Crowders Mountain
Advocate for Gun Safety
Active volunteer at Greater Temple Baptist Church, Elevation Matthews, Dream Center Charlotte, and more
