He is also the founder of the Incredible Women of Color Foundation (501(c)(3)), operating as In-Count-Her™ Global Missions, expanding access to this work for underserved women.

In parallel, he builds behavioral health systems supporting 1915(i) service delivery, helping individuals move toward stability, alignment, and long-term independence.

His mission is to be a doorway to voice development—equipping 100,000 Incredible Women of Color to return to the voice already entrusted to them.
