Helping women move from performance to rhythm through honest transformation.
I’ve spent years learning to recognize a specific kind of carrying.
The kind that happens when someone becomes the container for everything and everyone else while quietly losing a place to put things down themselves.
I first recognized it in the women who raised me.
Later, in women I mentored, women I worked alongside, women I dated, and women leading businesses, families, ministries, communities, and care environments while still trying to hold themselves together internally.
Over time, I realized many had not lost their voice because they were unaware, weak, or incapable.
They had adapted to environments that required silence, over-functioning, responsibility, emotional carrying, and survival long before anyone asked what that weight was costing them.
Recognizing that shaped everything I build now.
My work lives across several connected environments:
• In-Count-Her™
• Threshold OS™
• Point of Care
• The IWoC Foundation
Different doors.
Shared recognition.
Each one is designed to help people return to what matters before exhaustion, invisible carrying, or disconnection quietly shapes what comes next.
I’m less interested in performance than I am in recognition.
Less interested in motivation than I am in returning to what matters most.
Less interested in building attention than building environments where people can finally see clearly enough to move honestly again.
Some people arrive at this work immediately.
Others return to it years later.
Either way is okay.
