Shaun is an experienced Hospitality Business and Executive coach, who is passionate about supporting hospitality business owners and leaders to drive sustainable business growth. ​He has extensive restaurant, bar and accommodation hospitality experience gained working in both the local and international hotel sector. For the last two decades, he has held senior management positions across Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia, India and the United Arab Emirates.

​Shaun draws on a wealth of diverse personal, professional and cultural experiences and just loves business! He has deep understanding and much experience in leading high-performance teams, strategic thinking, the power of execution, change management and the importance of delivering profitability.
