I own and manage MagliaRosa, a London based accounting, financial and transaction consultancy, whose clients include private equity firms, investors and entrepreneurs in high growth European businesses.

I have more than two decades of "Big 4" career experience, spent working with clients in all industry sectors, but with a focus on the financial services industry. As a partner leading PwC's London based Financial Services Transaction Advisory team, I've worked with a huge variety of high growth and international businesses (from individually owned to publicly quoted businesses) as well as governments, NGOs and regulators.

I give valuable and practical advice to clients buying, selling, merging or restructuring their businesses. During the 5 years from 2008, I advised National Governments, banks and insurers on post-crisis financial restructuring, transactions and investigations in Europe.

I lead outstanding teams who deliver deal and investigation advice, buy side and sell side due diligence, business consulting, accounting and regulatory advice and public bid support. In my career, I've advised on over $100 billion of announced deals with;
(1) the largest UK financial services businesses;
(2) private equity houses which invest in the financial services industry ;
(3) significant owner managed, entrepreneurial, high growth businesses;
(4) large global overseas businesses from a variety of jurisdictions including US, European and Chinese; and,
(5) Her Majesty's Treasury and BoE, EU governments and central banks, and supra national bodies including the UN and the EU;
