Start with an Electronics degree from Olympic College in Bremerton, add in more than 25 years of hands-on Database Application design and development experience following the exacting business requirements of Puget Sound Energy, Microsoft, Washington Mutual Bank, T-Mobile and The City of Seattle IT Department, and sprinkle a dozen years of customer service over the top, and you end up with a Senior Database Solutions Developer who is firmly rooted in both the technical and business worlds. This unique combination of education and experience provides a solid foundation for building teams that develop excellent solutions to instill value in the information and technology needs of the business.

Shaun leads by example, setting a high standard for his own results as well as those of his team. He infuses his teams with flexible customer-centric design and lean development principles, and empowers them with strategic tools and mastery over the entire SDLC.
