Safe Haven Investment Group, LLC is a start-up company in the Middle Georgia area. It is the mission of Safe Haven to provide real estate services that are in Middle Georgia Communities, that’s located near any Colleges or Universities to meet the needs of student housing. Safe Haven is a full service real estate and management company. Safe Haven is an investment company, which acquires, develops and manages properties throughout Middle Georgia. Our core business is the management of and investment in affordable housing. Our goal is to run a profitable business through goal-setting, planning and superior service, which will provide the most professional, informative, loyal and dedicated service in the industry.

Safe Havens is a limited liability partnership registered in the state of Georgia for tax purposes. The founders are as listed; Ms. Anastasia Boone, a graduate of Fort Valley State University and of Strayer University with an MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Mr. Octavius Edwards, who has graduate from Fort Valley State University and now working as an advisor on campus, and finally Mr. Marquez Talton, who is currently pursuing his Associate Degree in Business Management at South University in Savannah, Georgia.

We focus significant resources on improving and expanding our affordable housing business. The company plans to be leveraged through private investment and a limited number of loans. The Company’s main clients will consist of college students. Since all three owners are from the local area and have countless student friends with housing issues, we believe we understand what it is students need and want in student housing, which will allow us to be more appealing to such clients, far more than most other competitors.
