Michael Shaw

I am currently pursuing my MBA at Groupe Sup de Co La Rochelle in France, specializing in International Business Strategy.

I have experience in project and team management from my time as Office Manager at The Owl's Nest where I continue to oversee some projects remotely on a volunteer basis. My background at Starbucks taught me the importance of working well with your team to be successful, and now I am able to apply those lessons both in a professional and academic setting. My goal is to find an internship for the summer of 2016 that will help me to improve my understanding of the international business environment and refine my cross-cultural skills.

I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration from Francis Marion University in May of 2015, as well as Bachelor of Arts in International Business through a double-degree exchange program at ESCEM.

In my free time, I love to travel. When I first went to France I fell in love with exploring new places, experiencing new cultures, and meeting new people. To date, I have visited 13 countries and that is only the beginning!
