One of my passions in life is cooking. Started as a teenager learning. I don't have any formal training. I have learned by working at various places and watching a couple chefs first hand and simply picked up the skills from there. I hate classroom work, written exams and falling asleep from possible boredom. Smoking meats is my 2nd best. Every meat and vegetables that I throw onto the smoker is a different adventure. The flavor is never the same. The end results are facinating tho. I'm always searching, inventing and creating my own dishes. I'm enjoying living in Nebraska.
