Philosophy: My personal training philosophy is to use my ability to inspire others to lead healthy life styles that include cardiovascular training, resistance training, proper and balanced nutritional habits, and the ability to manage stress and achieve spiritual balance.
Vision: My vision is to produce a positive life changing experience in all people I come in contact with through personal training and healthy life style coaching.
Mission Statement: My mission is to always give my clients one-hundred percent of my knowledge, experience, and effort in helping them achieve their personal fitness goals.
Fitness Background: At a very early age, perhaps nine or ten, I became fascinated with exercise. As I entered my teenage years, my fascination became my passion. I started lifting weights, running, practicing martial arts, and playing football and basketball. My athleticism earned me the opportunity to play College football at North Park College in Chicago IL. After college I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. In the Corps, I headed all physical training activities for my unit. I also received the opportunity to lead physical education classes for young elementary school students and junior high school students in the San Diego Public School District as part of the Marine Corps' Partnership in Education Program.
Today, I work as a personal trainer, life style coach and fitness model in San Francisco. I actively participate in educational activities that broaden my knowledge in the areas of health and wellness. I am currently working toward a degree in physical education at San Francisco State University.
Certifications: I am certified through the National Endurance & Sports Trainers Association & NSCA. I am also trained and certified in adult CPR.
