Shawn Broz

Over the course of the past decade, business professional Shawn Broz has enjoyed an outstanding level of success at the head of several companies. Currently, Shawn Broz serves as the Managing Director of Magellan Associates, a business consulting firm that assists a variety of organizations seeking to increase their performance. To achieve this, Mr. Broz's company provides a detailed analysis of existing business problems, and then develops strategies for improvement. Since launching the company, Mr. Broz has served as the principal management consultant for both small and medium enterprises and has managed tens of millions in revenues for sales corporations. In addition to his work with Magellan, Mr. Broz functions as a certified business advisor and counselor for SCORE, a nonprofit organization that educates and supports entrepreneurs and business owners throughout the United States.

From 2007 until 2012, Shawn Broz served as the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager for MCS Communications and the Kelley Broadband Group. There he played an instrumental role in driving increases in sales revenues. In his first year with the company, he increased revenues by more than 250%, and then averaged double digit increases each year thereafter. He also raised gross profits by more than 300% in his first year, followed by double digit increases each successive year.

Prior to launching his career, Shawn Broz earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he studied Government, International Studies, and Japanese, graduating cum laude. He went on to complete his Master's degree at Yale University, where he studied Strategy, Management, and International Relations and graduated with honors. Mr. Broz went on to receive Master Certificates in IS/IT Project Management and Six Sigma Information Technology from Villanova University. Additionally, he holds Executive Certificates in Business Administration, Leadership and Management, and Negotiation from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business.
