Shawn Taylor

Shawn Taylor is a storyteller who sometimes helps others to tell their stories. He is the author of Big Black Penis: Misadventures in Race and Masculinity, and a book about A Tribe Called Quest’s first album for the 33 1/3 series. His latest book, The A-Z Guide for New and Expectant Fathers will be released early 2012. He has also been published in numerous anthologies, most recently in Rad Dad: Dispatches from the Frontiers of Fatherhood. He is a popular public speaker, speaking on a variety of topics including: fatherhood, media, culture, alliance building, and local and global social justice issues.
