IT Customer Support Technician
I am an IT Customer Support Technician, Level 1 for Grand Rapids Community College. I have worked for GRCC Information Technology in a student employee and contingent role before moving into a Full Time role at the Support Desk. My other technology experience comes from Godwin Heights Public Schools and PrepNet Schools, where I have served as a Technology Support Specialist and Intern. I also bring many years of experience from retail, I have worked in various roles including customer service, management, and retail security.
I graduated from GRCC in 2018, studying Network Administration, I am currently finishing my bachelors in Cyber Defense at Davenport University.
