Shawn Farmer has loved basketball since he was a kid. It was all he ever wanted to do, not to mention he was a natural athlete. He was the star of his high school team, going on to play at Lenoir Community College where he shattered records for most 3-pointers scored in a game and all-time highest scorer; titles which he still defends to this day. Post-grad, he traveled overseas to Europe in order to play professionally. He played in Belgium, Poland, Bulgaria, and Macedonia. Ultimately, he came back to North Carolina to be closer to his family.

Upon returning home was when his training career really took off. Via word of mouth, Shawn Farmer's following grew tremendously, and today he can be found in the gym 7 days a week.
