Shawn Gorelik

I graduated from the University of Colorado in May with a degree in Economics. While at school, I gained a lot of experience in statistical analysis.

I am a passionate person who strives for the best in everything he does. Currently I am highly involved in my family businesses. I run my families’ hardware store on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Along with managing day to day operations here, I have taken the initiative to seek out customers and open new business accounts. This involves calling, writing, and visiting building management companies, schools, hotels, and similar organizations to offer our retail and delivery services.

Two years ago, while interning at social media marketing startup Vaynermedia, my passion for technology and media was sparked. It was at Vaynermedia that I learned invaluable social media strategies, and the benefit of working in a close knit team striving toward the same goal.
