Akar is heard throughout the Brahmarandra or Sahasrara after the aspirants Chitta or consciousness is purified of all impressions or Samskaras except the final one

Now we have already discussed within the previous sub-a part of this topic that the sound of this state is of the letter “A” of Sanskrit … Thus she represents the “A Naad (or the sound of A)” which itself represents the first letter of the macrocosmic language (i.e. Sanskrit) … Thus when the aspirants subtler car is at her sphere (the aspirants accomplishment automobile which travels to her sphere), this “A Naad” is heard as the “countless sound of Aaaaaaaa”

Regardless of the inhabitants of a world desire for, think about, their feelings and their deeds only results in a subtle impression (Samskara) to get manifested inside the “consciousness orbs (i.e. Chitta)” of their own “causal bodies (i.e. four fold interior refined tool or Antahkarana Chatushtaya)”
