Shawn Kenny

Shawn Kenny’s professional history as a member of the armed forces and as an employee in the private sector encompasses both operations in the field and managerial roles. He served for over a decade in the U.S. Army, providing security for Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) technicians, Leadership Training Courses (LTC), air assault operations, and troop commanders. He performed protective security duties as part of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom in urban environments such as the Red and Green Zones in Baghdad. Shawn Kenny has also worked with the Afghan National Army as a member of a Personal Security Detail team. While in the military, Shawn Kenny also performed logistical planning and supervisory work. He processed personal information and security for over 100 service personnel for an overseas deployment. For one of his years of service in the Army, Shawn Kenny took on administrative tasks such as preparing, tracking, and submitting the evaluation reports and records of the financial activities of over 600 members of the military. In addition to processing critical information, Shawn Kenny worked as a Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge for an air assault battalion, holding responsibilities for logistics and the planning of transportation. In the United States, Shawn Kenny has worked as a Financial Associate at the Citibank of Erlanger, Kentucky. Although he is no longer active in U.S. Army, Shawn Kenny still puts his training in Hazardous Materials and his skills as a transportation expert to use as an employee of CTL Transportation, LLC. His current duties include transporting sensitive chemicals in the region of Auburndale, Florida.
