Shawn O'Conner

I am HealthCARE Professional with Signature HealthCARE, LLC that specializes in operating Long-Term Care facilities. I am currently a Special Projects Administrator and Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in TN and KY. My primary responsibilities include strategizing and faciliting "Culture Change" in our segment and assisting in the improvement of the operational outcomes for our facilities.

I am finishing my MBA in December of 2012 but consider myself a lifetime learner. I am an avid student of leadership and coaching as I believe it is the key to success for any team, organization, or government.
