Starting with empowerment of people, having clearly defined goals, adding to it the questioning of who, what, where, when, why, how and what if, continuing with brainstorming, and many different coloured post-it notes, mix that in with collaboration and realistic action plans and you have just discovered the secret to a happy team, success, innovation and most likely you will have a lot of fun in the process.
