The greatest compliment Shawn Wacasey ever received was from a local CEO who said, “You have great ALTITUDE. You care about everyone you touch and you can work with anyone from bottom to the top.” Shawn took this simple compliment and made it the core value statement for his life and his business. He prides himself on being an advocate for others and treating people the way he would want to be treated in every interaction he makes.

Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Shawn graduated from the University of North Texas, receiving a multi-concentration degree in Human Behavior, Applied Economics and Communication Design. In his previous career he has applied these skills by teaching children with special needs, the hospitality industry and advertising/marketing for Fortune 500 companies.

His life long passion to help people reach their personal or business goals led him into his current career as a Realtor. He specializes in the Dallas residential real estate market and especially the Plano, Allen, Frisco and McKinney communities where he lives.

During down time Shawn enjoys family, friends and traveling. He and his family love to explore the world and he has traveled to over twenty countries. He and his wife, a Senior Manager for Apple, Inc., are avid supporters of their children’s athletic youth programs. He coaches soccer with the Frisco Soccer Association (FSA) and coaches football with Frisco Football League (FFL).
