I am a teacher who works with other teachers to make learning matter for their students.

Every day I meet with talented and hard-working teachers across my school divison, share their work, hear their struggles, and give each of them the support they need. We are all working towards grading students beased on curriculum stadards, rating proficiency, and being transparent about how students are being marked. I have been there, I have changed my mind multiple times, and I have found success. This is no easy task. Solutions to problems are not always readily available, there is never one easy fix, and nothing is black and white.

I wouldn't have it any other way.
