Shawn Yari

A New York Native, Shawn Yari developed an interest in real estate at a young age, visiting construction sites and learning more about the industry through his father. As an adult, Shawn's interest became a way of life. After graduating with a degree in Business from Pepperdine University, Shawn Yari settled in Scottsdale, AZ. There, with his brother Steven, Shawn Yari launched Stockdale Capital Partners.

As the co-founder and managing principal of a premier real estate investment firm, Shawn has effectively helped to acquire, develop, and manage asset real estate in Arizona throughout his career with his brother and partner, Steven. He and his team focus on development, investments, and growing institutional business partnerships of entertainment complexes, hotels, commercial real estate, and residential properties.

In the nearly 20 years he lived in Scottsdale, Shawn Yari assembled several thousand acres of land which was ultimately entitled and successfully exited. As a Co-Founder of Stockdale, Shawn is was instrumental in creating what is now considered the “entertainment district” through the acquisition and development of several parcels in downtown Scottsdale.

Despite setbacks in the economy and the liquidity crises in the market of the 1990s, Shawn Yari and his brother Steven Yari have helped to build a $500 million value portfolio for asset properties valued at over $2 billion. Shawn is proud of the fact that he has never sold back a property, a rare feat for many real estate investors.
